Each week we hold a Battleground event for WoW TCG at Fastbreak Sports in Brisbane, Australia. This website is for the players so they can vote on what formats to play, see upcoming events and notices and also find information relating to the different formats that are available.
Voting & Battlegrounds
When we play a battelground there are a number of formats that are available to us. To keep the game fresh and exciting these usually tend to be different formats from week to week. To help work out the upcoming battlegrounds it is easier to poll the players and see what formats they prefer. This does not mean that unpopular formats will definately not be played, but gives the organisers a little heads up on the current players pereferences.
- Players vote on which formats they prefer.
- Battleground organisers take this information into consideration when plotting the next few battlegrounds.
- Every now and then a special event may influence a battleground.
- The venue owner has final decision.
When we say special events can influence a battleground, this is usually something like a spectral safari or a release event. The venue owner can also veto any decision made by the battleground organiser as they own the place, but this is generally a rare occurance.
